In the northwest of Nicaragua lies a small hamlet called "Las Sabanas" where a cooperative, CINCO DE JUNIO, made up of 145 farmers who produce Fair Trade Organic coffee.
This cup has bright notes of apricot and honey with subtle flavors of cocoa, butter, nut, spice, and tobacco. Medium to full body cup with a clean finish.
All of the profits will be distributed in micro-loans to the farmers at Cinco de Junio so that they can invest in new coffee trees and increase production.
