Full City Roast~ Bright notes of cherry and lemon zest that dissolve into buttery, caramel laced body with light nut notes in the finish. This coffee comes straight from women owned and/or managed farms within the larger CODECH cooperative located near the municipality of Concepcion Huista in the department of Huehuetenango.
Fair Trade Organic. Though this goes beyond fair trade in scope and price, directly empowering our partners at source: dedicated artisan coffee growers. In this case, the women who created this lot voted to split the above fair trade price premium between their farms and a women’s health workshop focusing on infant mortality.
