From the Yirgacheffe region comes a floral cup, with a grapefruit-like acidity, butterscotch and caramel flavors. The Idido Cooperative is under the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU) umbrella who processes and exports coffee for 50,000 farmers without using the government's "aid."

Founded in 1986, Idido farmers harvest coffee from December through February. Most farms in Ethiopia are from small-holders on 0.7 hectare of land on average.

From the Ground Up will return all profits of this coffee back to the Idido Farmers for a community project of their choosing. Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee and grows some of the most delicious coffees in the world.
